The apartment is located on the third floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR: the access staircase is large and is embellished with a series of splendid openings with breathtaking views that will allow you to have pleasant stops along the way up to the apartment.
The property has a living room with dining area and smart satellite TV, kitchen with induction hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster.
In front of the building's entrance you will find a minimarket.
